- HEW 5 - $71,415 p.a. (pro-rata) plus up to 17% superannuation
About the role
You will develop, manage and administer a variety of welfare and merit-based Scholarships and Grants offered by the University, providing a central point of information for prospective and current students.
You will:
- perform tasks relating to the payment of scholarships and grants;
- monitor and update the Scholarship Management System;
- ensure that ethical and professional standards are maintained; and
- collate data and prepare reports.

About you
You will possess the confidence and interpersonal skills required to liaise with external funding organisations, including government departments combined with experience and an understanding of the administrative requirements for scholarships or student-related support activities.
You will possess:
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate sensitively;
- ability to deal sensitively with students who may be experiencing hardship;
- the ability to exercise initiative and complex problem-solving skills and;
- the ability to use a wide variety of computer packages and web application functions.
