About the role
The Academic Services and Support Directorate services the needs of Institutes and the delivery of Academic programs including the administration of work integrated learning.
You will implement and undertake administrative processes required for program and course development for the Higher Education Institute/s.
- coordinate administrative requirements and provide administrative support to program coordinators and designated discipline groups;
- provide administrative support for program accreditation and re-accreditation processes;
- contribute to the marketing and engagement activities of the Institute/s; and
- contribute to the planning, and organisation of Institute events and activities.

You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills combined with the ability to prioritise competing demands ensuring administrative processes are completed in accordance with Institute and University requirements.
You will possess:
- experience supporting program development, accreditation/re-accreditation and delivery of activities in a higher education setting;
- analytical and problem solving skills;
- the ability to prepare agendas and minutes, and draft complex documents; and
- the ability to deliver quality customer services.
