About the role
You will be responsible for processing selection and offers in a timely manner and ensuring compliant practices are followed in addition to providing advice and assistance to staff, Institutes, prospective and current students in managing their application, including application and offer, course structures, credit, program eligibility and related issues.
- provide accurate and timely advice to students in managing their application;
- respond proactively to and aid in the resolution of student matters;
- assess applications against admissions criteria and program requirements to determine selection; and
- ensure all relevant information, advice and decisions are accurately recorded in the relevant systems.

Reporting to the Coordinator, Selection and Scholarships you will interact and establish working relationships with a diverse range of staff and students, whilst providing advice, and analysing interpreting and evaluating information. In addition, you will have the ability to maintain efficient and effective record-keeping and filing systems as well as the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
You will possess:
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- demonstrated problem-solving skills;
- the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and achieve goals; and
- demonstrated word processing and software package skills
