About the role
You will be responsible for recruiting international students to the University using your well-developed interpersonal and marketing skills, promoting the University to prospective students onshore and offshore, provide support and assistance to the University’s agent network.
- identify recruitment opportunities both offshore and onshore;
- undertake offshore and onshore recruitment activities in specified geographical areas;
- conduct professional information sessions on Federation to international students and key stakeholders; and
- counsel prospective international students throughout the international student decision making process.

You will have a demonstrated understanding of the international student recruitment market and the role of education agents and other key influencers. The ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and the ability to counsel students through the international student decision making process are key requirements of this position.
You will possess:
- highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
- demonstrated organisational and time management skills;
- the ability to liaise with a wide range of people from different cultural backgrounds; and
- commitment to deliver quality service and student focused outcomes.
