About the role
You will assist the People and Culture teams in providing a range of administrative functions which support pay processing, recruitment, and onboarding.
You will work collaboratively with staff to deliver quality administrative services such as employment letters, contract variations, pay calculations and leave bookings. You will also provide reception services by receiving internal and external clients and answering queries.

Reporting to and receiving mentoring from the Associate Director, Employee Experience, you will have interest in administration and People and Culture duties as well as knowledge of some IT software. You will have great initiative accompanied by excellent time management interpersonal and organisational skills. You will also have a commitment to undertake structured job training and complete an accredited Certificate III or IV in Business (Office Administration).
