About the role

You will assist the Executive team in the Office of Pro Vice-Chancellor, Vocational Education and Training at Federation TAFE in providing a range of administrative functions.

You will work collaboratively with staff to deliver quality administrative services such as diary and email management, take minutes/notes and coordinate meetings and workshop bookings and assist the team with general enquiries, You will also support the coordination of TAFE-wide events, including professional development week and TAFE Awards for Excellence.

About you

Reporting to and receiving mentoring from the Manager, Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Vocational Education and Training, you will have interest in administration and customer service duties as well as knowledge of some IT software. You will have great initiative accompanied by excellent time management interpersonal and organisational skills. You will also have a commitment to undertake structured job training and complete an accredited Certificate III or IV in Business (Office Administration).
