About the role
Student Experience and Administration Services (SEAS) directorate provide support and engagement services to optimize student’s opportunity to succeed within their course.
Through this student-centred role you will contribute to a diverse range of students’ experiences through face-to-face advocacy, individual case management and building and maintaining stakeholder networks.

Reporting to the Manager Student Advocacy, you will have demonstrated experience in resolving enquiries and complaints including contributing to the resolution of issues through negotiation and interpersonal skill. You will also have an understanding of a University environment including the ability to constructively engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
- independently manage cases and resolve complex student concerns;
- develop and lead the introduction of service improvement projects and initiatives;
- establish and maintain professional networks;
- contribute to University-wide policy development; and
- develop and deliver a range of communication and promotion activities.
