About the role
Plan, prepare and produce food.
- prepare food for sale in accordance with agreed menus;
- ensure that the food and food service areas are always clean and well presented; and
- ensure Local, State, Federal, Food and Liquor requirements are adhered to at all times.
To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:
- ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure delivery of quality services;
- ability to anticipate and prioritise work demands and the proven ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; and
- organisational and problem solving skills.
