About the role
Coordinate the delivery of quality and compliant Work Integrated Learning placements and to the Learning and Teaching outcomes of the University located at our SMB, Ballarat Campus.
- coordinate the Work Integrated Learning function;
- oversee the efficient administration of all financial processing relating to placements;
- ensure the provision of efficient and effective administration of placements; and
- provide accurate reports on placements for both internal and external parties on placements.
To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:
- experience and expertise in the provision of Work Integrated Learning, placements and professional experience activities;
- problem solving, time management and organisational skills;
- knowledge and experience in managing and processing of Vocational Education compliance transactions; and
- demonstrated communication skills with the ability to develop professional relationships.
