About the role
This newly created position will support our payroll team as we invest in new systems.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Payroll and Benefits, you will be responsible for the delivery of payroll and benefits services whilst ensuring compliance within legislative requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- managing and delivering timely and accurate payroll service;
- Human Resources and payroll reporting;
- providing a range of advice and assistance to the wider University; and
- contributing to projects
To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:
- experience and knowledge relating to payroll processing, superannuation, taxation, works compensation, salary sacrifice and packaging;
- ability to provide advice and services;
- ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines; and
- oral, written and interpersonal skills with a focus on quality customer service
