About the role
This is your opportunity to contribute to delivery of excellence in teaching and learning across a range of Accounting courses playing a key role in the School’s administrative and research activities, including participating in team projects and various committees.

  • Appropriate to the level of appointment your responsibilities will include:
    Developing, teaching, coordinating and moderating courses in Accounting at undergraduate, honours and graduate levels;
  • undertaking teaching and assessments of students within the area of accounting;
  • supervising students undertaking project courses, honours programs and research higher degrees;
  • contributing to research activity within the School;
  • participating in team projects and various committees as required.

To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:

  • A combination of relevant training and qualifications
  • commitment to and enthusiasm for teaching, and a good teaching record;
  • evidence of research expertise and a capacity and preparedness to achieve an active research profile;
  • interpersonal, oral and written communications skills and an ability to relate well to students and other University staff.
