The Human Resources Directorate is responsible for delivering strategic and operational people-related strategies and services to the University to ensure a culture of diversity, innovation, flexibility, change readiness and high performance. These include workforce planning, recruitment and retention, workplace relations, organisation and people capabilities, remuneration, superannuation and staff management information.
We are on a transformational journey and are currently reviewing current HR processes and systems to create a service environment that supports the delivery of agile, inclusive, responsive and robust digital services that will enhance the employee experience, fostering a service-driven environment and a best-practice approach for all activities related to the HR functions.
We are on the lookout for innovative and outcome-focused HR professionals to join our team. Positions that may become available include: HR Graduates, HR Advisors, Team Leaders, HR Business Partners, Senior HR Professionals as well as HR project work.
