You will lead, manage and develop teaching staff to deliver a broad range of innovative programs covering Community Services, Disability, Mental Health, Education Support, Children’s Services, AOD and Child Youth Family Intervention. These programs will prepare and support a diverse range of students entering into employment or Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs. Pathway programs into VCAL, pre-apprenticeships, employment, further training and traineeships are also offered.
In addition you will manage a wide range of functions including the design, development, delivery, evaluation, compliance (ASQA and VRQA) and the improvement of Vocational Education and Training programs offered in addition to engagement with industry and the community.

The salary is at the EM1 classification currently $98,502 p.a. plus an allowance and 9.5% superannuation.
