Do you have a passion for maintenance of equipment and supporting students?

Through the maintenance of the workshop, tools and equipment, up-to date maintenance records/schedules and compliance with policies and procedures relating to Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety and the University’s sustainability targets, setting up practical student tasks and simulating industry scenarios you will support rural services students in their journey. You will also monitor and order stock ensuring stores have appropriate stock levels to support the programs offered.

Your demonstrated technical understanding of current horticulture and/or agricultural systems and technologies to support teaching and maintenance of equipment and the ability to use tractors, all-terrain vehicles and other farm equipment and technologies and contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive workshop and store environment will be key to your success in this role.

 Salary $52,970 to $58,458 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
