Full-time, fixed-term appointment until April 2020.

This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional knowledge and experience of software development and software testing methodologies.

As the Coordinator, Business Support, you will have a primary responsibility for coordinating and undertaking user acceptance testing (UAT) for upgrades and new functionality for University student and business systems. You will lead the development, implementation and delivery of UAT for all work scheduled for release into production environments, ensuring UAT process for each work item covers all business requirements and is reflective of how the functionality will be used at an operational level.

You will make a vital contribution to the continuous improvement of the University’s electronic content management system by overseeing the completion of system routines and monitoring data integrity, and developing an understanding of, and providing support for other systems.

Supporting the Manager, Student Systems and Processes you will actively contribute to reviewing operations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and proactively managing/escalating problems.

Salary $84,752 to $91,739 p.a. plus superannuation.
Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
