Part-time (0.8), fixed-term appointment until May 2020.

This is a unique opportunity to work across FedUni TAFE and Student Connect encouraging students success in their educational pathways.

You will provide support and advice, fostering engagement within the University Community including student advocacy, organising and promoting events, providing initial advice to students and referring other services where required.

Working with the University’s student support services and external agencies you will develop strategies and process supporting the physical health, mental health and general wellbeing needs of students. Your knowledge and understanding of the issues and challenges facing students and the available support services assisting in educational engagement and retention together with an understanding of associated legislative requirements including mandatory reporting, OH&S, anti-discrimination, privacy and duty of care will ensure your success in this role.

Salary $76,801 to $82,898 p.a. (pro-rata) plus superannuation.
Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
