The Corporate Governance Directorate is responsible for providing advice to the Vice-Chancellor and President and the executive team on matters relating to University governance, risk management, internal audit, legal services, legislative compliance and policy management. It is also responsible for providing executive support to University-wide committees, including the University Council and Academic Board.
Risk and Integrity is an expanded department within Corporate Governance Directorate, with responsibility for the University’s risk management and internal audit frameworks together with key integrity functions.
A new and exciting opportunity has been created to provide strategic direction and leadership in the enhancement of the University’s risk management and internal audit frameworks. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Governance you will play a critical role in leading and managing the ongoing development of the internal audit and risk functions in accordance with legislative obligations and standards of best practice. This role is also responsible for freedom of information, privacy, conflicts of interest, Victorian Ombudsman liaison, protected disclosures, student grievances and misconduct processes.

Salary $119,181 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
