Are you passionate about supporting students and enhancing their University experience?

This is your opportunity to join the FedUni team and manage a range of staff and services supporting new students in their transition to University life. Managing student academic and support services and initiatives and other student success and retention initiatives operating across the University, you will ensure programs contribute to academic learning support initiatives and enhance student success and retention.

Your previous leadership experience in the development and implementation of student success and retention programs, understanding of academic learning standards, project management and interpersonal skills will be vital to this role.

Salary $95,350 to $107,352 p.a. (pro-rata) plus superannuation.
Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
