The Student Advisory team provides timely and accurate advice and confidential support for a diverse cohort of students around any matters which impact on their educational experience, including assessment and academic progress concerns, appeals processes, complaints and charges of academic and general misconduct. Responsible for the development, promotion and delivery of Student Advisory Services you will build and maintain stakeholder networks, that will assist in supporting students to successfully continue their studies at the University, engaging constructively with both students and staff in the resolution of student concerns, acting in the best interests of students and their continued success.
Your demonstrated student-centred approach in a case management or advisory capacity along with high-level professional experience in resolving enquiries and complaints will complement your experience in managing cases to resolution, including the ability to facilitate, negotiate and resolve conflicts with a diverse range of individuals within a University environment.

This role is a part-time (0.8) position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
Salary $76,801 to $82,898 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.
Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
