As the Analyst Programmer, Customer Relationship Management you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing development and maintenance of the University's Administration Systems by implementing and monitoring customisations, testing patches and upgrades, as well as integrating and expanding applications so they are operating at optimal performance. You will also develop solutions in the CRM environment, including integrations with Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) or ELT’s, scheduling and monitoring and will utilise Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Representational State Transfer (REST) or other web services technologies.
As the successful applicant, you will have demonstrated experience providing operational support and troubleshooting of complex technical issues within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, or other similar application technology, including demonstrated experience in customising solutions in the CRM environment or equivalent/similar application technology. Well-developed project management and communication skills are key requirements of this position.

Salary $84,752 to $91,739 p.a. plus superannuation.
Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
