You will be responsible for delivering quality Vocational Education and Training and for conducting assessments within the Plumbing programs, along with the development of innovative learning activities and assessment strategies plus assisting the Education Manager with program-related administrative tasks.

As the successful applicant, you will have demonstrated the ability to adapt teaching and assessment strategies to suit a diverse range of students and cohorts, including those with disabilities and from disadvantaged groups.

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) will be required as well as a relevant plumbing qualification and a minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) (or equivalent).

The salary is within the TAFE Teacher L1.1 to L3.4 range $65,645 to $93,073 p.a. (pro-rata) depending on qualifications and experience plus 9.5% superannuation.
