Strategic Capital and Infrastructure Projects – Mt Helen Campus

Full-time, continuing appointment.

You will coordinate and administer the development of the Higher Education and VET timetables along with the Web Room Booking System across all University campuses using designated timetabling software, class allocation and student management systems. You will also maintain timetabling data by collecting, collating and entering relevant timetable information for the development of the academic timetable.

As the successful applicant, you will have demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, guidelines and processes as well as experience gathering information, analysing problems and developing solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of a range of software packages including the timetable and student systems, MS Office, databases and web publishing. 

Salary $64,270 to $72,374 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

Appointments will normally be at the base of the salary range.
